Wine & Cheese Night

The Foundation held its very first Wine and Cheese night on Friday, 29th of November. It was a lovely informal evening held in the Chemotherapy Suite which provided an interesting backdrop for our supporters to see first-hand items they have contributed to. The Cold Caps, IPads and Treatment Chairs purchased by our donors as a result of previous campaigns, were on display for guests to view.

The highlight of the evening was Amy Bredon, Director of the Foundation presenting Stephen Walker, CEO of St Andrew's Hospital with a cheque for $12,000 to upgrade the 4th Floor patient lounge. Amy also announced that in 2020, we will celebrate 20 years of the Foundation with an ambitious Annual Appeal and a series of celebratory events.
