St Andrew's StandOut! Program

In 2022 we worked with staff from right across the Hospital to refresh our organisational values. Our new values (shown below), guide the way we go about day to day life at the Hospital, including how we interact with one another and our valued patients.
Our Employee Reward and Recognition Program, StandOut! is built around our refreshed values. Through this program any member of our team can nominate a peer for going above and beyond in relation to one or more of our values. Each month, one lucky winner is drawn at random to receive a generous gift voucher.

“Sam encourages, motivates and teaches others while maintaining a calm, respectful and extremely cheerful demeanour. A truly wonderful person who brightens the room the moment she walks in”. – Ward nurse – nominated for ‘We Work Together’
“Greg is compassionate, patient and respectful to the patients he cares for. He ensures they feel safe, speaks to them in a kindly manner and always keeps the nursing staff informed of any potential problems.” – Personal Care Attendant – nominated for ‘We Care for Others’
